Peacefully on Monday, October 21, 2019 at Quinte Health Care North Hastings age 90. Beloved wife of the late Arnold Shannick (2002). Loved mother of Linda Robinson, Keith (Ann) Shannick, Randy (Ann) Shannick, Rick (Gloria) Shannick. Grandmother of Craig, Neil, Lyle, Lisa, Steven, Stacey, Bryan and Shawn. Helen will be greatly missed by her great-grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her son-in-law Burt, daughter-in-law Debbie and grand-daughter Marie. Helen’s family will receive friends and relatives on Saturday, October 26, 2019 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Bancroft Pentecostal Tabernacle (311 Hastings St. N., Bancroft, ON). A funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm with Rev. Darlene Cunliffe presiding. Interment will take place after the service at Emmanuel Cemetery in Maple Leaf. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Alzheimers Society of Bancroft or Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Maynooth would be appreciated by the family.
