Suddenly on Friday, March 22, 2019 at age 38. Dax was the beloved son of Myles (Dawn) Mackey and Bonnie Boldt. Beloved brother of Tina Mackey. Uncle of Jordon Foster and Jaiden Mackey. Grandson of Edna Mackey and the late Gillie Mackey, Anne Boldt and the late Ernest Boldt. Dax will be missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
