Peacefully, at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre, on Saturday, June 16, 2018. Shirley (Casselman) Davis, age 76, was the beloved wife of the late Tracy Harold Davis (2004). Loving mother of Mark Davis (Julie) of Cavan, Barry Davis of Stouffville and Wanda Davis of Peterborough. Loved grandmother of Matthew, Alanna and Danielle. Daughter of the late John Henry (Jack) Casselman and Mary Yvonne (Onie) Burlanyette. Older sister and sister-in-law of Perry (Lily), Bonnie (Jackie), Burley, Darla (Dan), Dawn (Brian), Wanda (Dennis), and Jackie (Doug). Predeceased by her brother Gwenville and sister-in-law Barbara. Survived by many in-laws in the Davis family and nieces, nephews and friends. Shirley’s family will receive relatives and friends at the M.G. Daly Funeral Home (200 Old Hastings Road, Maynooth) on Wednesday, June 20th, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Visitation will also take place at the Bancroft Pentecostal Tabernacle (311 Hastings St. N., Bancroft), on Thursday, June 21st, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Mark Murack officiating. Cremation to follow with interment at Emmanuel Cemetery, Maple Leaf at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Peterborough Regional Health Centre Foundation or Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
