Peacefully, at Quinte Health Care North Hastings Hospital, Bancroft, on Sunday, January 07, 2018. Walter Franke, age 84, was a resident of Dragon Fly Farm in Lake St. Peter for over 17 years. Walter was fiercely independent, and was well known for his horticultural skills. He will be missed by his many friends. A Celebration of Walter’s Life will take place at the M.G Daly Funeral Home (200 Old Hastings Road, Maynooth) on Sunday, January 14, 2018 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
