At the Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Peterborough, on Tuesday, June 13, 2017.  Eugene “Spider” Bissonnette, age 73 of Peterborough, was the loved father of Carey (Kim), Gisele (Jeff) and Lyle (April).  Loving grandfather of Victoria, Nicholas, Justine, Ryan, Rebecca, Randy, Reagan, Cameron, Elexia and Sabastian.  Loving brother of Terry (Margaret), Marguerite, Camilla (Faron), Aleida (Gary) and Arthur (Sharon).  Predeceased by his parents Gertrude (Duff) and Eugene Bissonnette, his sister Thelma (Bill) Suess, and his brothers-in-law Marcel Charest and Charles Levean.  Survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.  Cremation has taken place at Lakefield Crematorium.  Eugene’s family will receive relatives and friends at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church (Post St., Whitney) on Sunday, June 18, 2017 from 2:00 – 4:00 & 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church on Monday, June19, 2017 at 11:00 with Father Moses Nwosu presiding.  Interment of Eugene’s Ashes at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Cemetery, Whitney.  As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Kidney Foundation or St. Martin of Tours Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.  Arrangements entrusted to M.G.
