Suddenly, at his home, in Bancroft, on Friday, December 23, 2016.  William Hennig, age 88, was the beloved husband of Heide (King) Hennig.  Loving father of Tom Hennig (Angie) of Tottenham, and Jenny Hennig (Aaron Wodzak) of Peterborough.  Loved grandfather of Luca and Michael.  Bill was a music teacher for over 40 years in the Bancroft area.  He will be missed by many students and friends.  Cremation has taken place at Lakefield Crematorium.  A Memorial Service for Bill will take place at Christ Lutheran Church (Church Road & Hwy 62N., Maynooth), on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Randy Liedtke officiating.  Interment Christ Lutheran Church Cemetery.    As expressions of sympathy, donations to Christ Lutheran Church or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.  Arrangements entrusted to M.G.
