Suddenly, at Quinte Health Care Belleville, on Friday, November 4, 2016. Larry Ellis, age 68, was the beloved husband of the late Stella (Nicholls) Ellis. Loved father of Shelley Ellis, Jamie Ellis and Tammy Heintzman (Ellis). Beloved grandfather of Jordan, Jayden, Hunter, Abigail and Sophia. Predeceased by his brother Richard Ellis and sister Marjorie. He will be fondly remembered and missed by many friends. He was known as Pa to anyone who walked in his door. Larry was a man of great strength. He touched many lives over his years and will be remembered by many family and friends as an inspiration in life. Cremation will take place at Lakefield Crematorium. Interment will take place at Detlor Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Lupus Ontario would be appreciated by the family.
