Suddenly, at his home in Bancroft, on Monday, September 12, 2016. Douglas, aged 69, was the loved son of Mary (Minnie) and Gary Green and the Late Guy Minnie. Loved brother of Mae Sears of Bowmanville, Harry Minnie (Elaine) of Cobourne, Colleen Spence (Jeff) of Maynooth, Rose Green (Terry) of Maynooth and the late Carl Minnie (Jane). Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. A private family gathering took place at the funeral home. Cremation followed at Lakefield Crematorium. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Hospice North Hastings would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to M.G. Daly Funeral Home, Maynooth.
