Peacefully, at her home in Bancroft, on Thursday, August 25, 2016. Debra Lake, age 48, was the loving partner of David Bowers. Loved mother of John Stone (Tammy), Tara Lake (Calvin), Ryan Lake, Curtis Lake (Stefanie) and Taylor Jackson. Grandmother of Caleb, Mason, Jackson, Aria, Carson and Jada. Daughter of the late Oakland and Evelyn (Shatraw) Stone. Sister and sister-in-law of Glen Stone (Donna), Marie Grant (Emerson), Marion Sutherland, Carl Stone (Roxanne), Shirley Hogan, Terry Stone (Rhonda), Gary Stone (Sally), Sherry Young (Walter), Murray Stone (Amanda), Roger Stone (Morgan) and Sandra Stone. Predeceased by her brother Larry Stone and her brother-in-law Darl Sutherland. Debra's family will receive relatives and friends at the M.G. Daly Funeral Home (200 Old Hastings Road, Maynooth), on Saturday, August 27, 2016 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Wes Hill officiating. Cremation at Lakefield Crematorium. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Hospice North Hastings would be appreciated by the family.
