Passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, at the Quinte Health Care North Hastings Hospital, Bancroft, on Thursday, June 30, 2016. Dennis Osmond, age 74, was the beloved husband of Lois (Pilatzke) Osmond. Loving father of Tina Roy (Perry) of Bancroft, Jackie Gibner (the late Jerry Gibner) of Bancroft, and Shane Osmond (Tanya) of Petawawa. Loved Pops to Jennifer (Mike), Caitlin (Brandon), Rebecca (Matt), Graham and Eric. Great-grandpa to Kaylee, Kloe and Kassidy. Son of the late Emma and Cecil Osmond, and Step-son of Beatrice King. Brother of Ray (Joyce), the late Rod (Bertha), Ed, Derek (Beryl) the late Bill (Mary), Glenn, Cindy (the late George), Judy (Rex), Randy (Alison) and step-sister Doris. Dennis will be fondly remembered by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends. At Dennis’s request, there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place at Lakefield Crematorium. A Celebration of Life will be held at 370 Brethour Road, Bancroft on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to a Charity of Choice would be appreciated by the family.
