Mark started his next journey on soft ground on Wednesday, November 25, 2015. Mark Switzer, age 54, was the beloved husband of Lori (Stubbs) Switzer of Bird’s Creek. Loving father of Mark Switzer (Jessica) and Ashlee Switzer-Beaulne. Loved grandfather of Shyann, Lakota, Gracie and Rosalee. Predeceased by his grandson Anthony (Skipper) 2011. Son of the late Orvel and Marjorie (Sovie) Switzer and brother of Heather-Llynn Graham, April Switzer, Dean Switzer (Angee) and Ryan Switzer. Son-in-law of Jackie Stubbs and brother-in-law of Cory Stubbs (Liz) and Cathy Chapeskie (Phil). Survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Mark’s family will receive relatives and friends at the M.G. Daly Funeral Home (200 Old Hastings Road, Maynooth) on Tuesday evening 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Visitation will also take place on Wednesday, December 02, 2015 from 10:00 – 12 Noon at the A.N.A.F. (Army, Navy and Air Force Club, 55 ANAF Road, Maynooth). A Funeral Service for Mark will follow at 12 Noon with The Rev. Lynn Watson officiating. Cremation at Lakefield Crematorium. As expressions of sympathy, donations to First Nations Child and Family Caring Society of Canada (FNCFCS) or Word of Life Outreach Food Bank would be appreciated by the family.
