At Hastings Centennial Manor, Bancroft, on Sunday, September 10, 2023.  Loretta Chorneyko, age 80, was the loving mom of Wayne Carse, and Melissa (Ric) Forster.  Stepmom to Clayton Chorneyko, and wife of the late Clifford Chorneyko.  Loving nana to Dakota (Angela) and Autumn.  Sister of Edna Ferguson (Jack), and sister-in-law of Jean.  Predeceased by eight of her siblings, and aunt to many nieces and nephews.  Loretta had a fabulous sense of humour, was always the life of the party, and was always making people laugh.  She will be sadly missed.  A special thank you to all the staff, nurses and PSW’s at Hastings Centennial Manor, for taking such good care of mom over the years.  Cremation has taken place.  Loretta’s family will receive relatives and friends at the M.G. Daly Funeral Home (200 Old Hastings Road, Maynooth) on Friday, September 22, 2023, from 11:30 – 12:30 followed by a service and luncheon.  Interment will follow in Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Cemetery, Bancroft.
