Peacefully, surrounded by family at St. Francis Memorial Hospice in Barry's Bay on June 9, 2023. Larry Zahorouski, age 73, of Lake St Peter. Beloved husband of Bonna, devoted father to David (April), and Andrew (Ashley) Cherished Grandpa to Jonathan, and loving son-in-law to Marguerite and the late Charles Levean. Predeceased by parents John and Sylvia (nee Rydzik) Zahorouski, and brother Anthony. Survived by his brother Carl. Loved brother-in-law of Terry Levean, Marcel Levean (Mical), Lori Levean (Ron Hachez) and Angie Foley (Kevin). He will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews, who all adored their Uncle Larry. Larry enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He shared his love and passion for both with family and friends, giving them tips on how and where to find the big fish or buck. Larry was quick with a joke and had an infectious smile. He will be greatly missed by many family and friends, as well as his feline buddy Nec and Bob the duck. The family will receive relatives and friends Friday, June 16, 2023 at 2 - 4 pm, and 7- 9 pm at St. Martin of Tours Parish Hall, 41 Post St, Whitney, ON. A mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday June 17, 2023 at 11 am at St. Martin of Tours Parish, Whitney, Ontario. Cremation to follow.
